Cleopatra Thubelihle Tshuma, well known as Loetra is a houz , Afropop, RnB and hip hop artist . She joined the industry in 2020. Growing up in Pumula did not push her aside to join the music industry as most of people from pumula are look down upon. However, Pumula is now known for producing young aspiring talented artist ,Apart from music she is currently a student at St Bernard high doing her A level 

Thubelihle has worked the likes of Dee Chung at Chung Nation before moving to phenomenal Fam records were she is currently recording her tracks, Mandy eS B , TCK and Mac are other artist she has worked with . Reckoning Mandy e S B as someone whom alone adds and is a fan of her projects and personal as a whole. Mandy has be guarding her about the industry. This is very rare to find amongst the artist of Bulawayo Mandy should jus keep the good work shiz doing , thumps up to her.

Ammara Bown , Akon , Brenda Fassie and the Legendary Celine Dion are her biggest influencers in the music industry .She currently has six songs to her name , off the six songs 'bambelela is her fav song because the song speaks of hope and holding on no matter which hardship ,one is facing.

Methembe Bawinile Ncube also known as Metty_iNtombie emfitshane is a female who is into the art entertainment industry. Originally a Ndebele from Hwange .She is a dancer , performing artist,

comedian, Mc, presenter and content creator.

Well she started of as a dancer when she was 10 years old and also ventured into the music industry in 2020 because of her dream of wanting to dance to her own tracks which is quite fascinating , she is one of the finest dancers in Bulawayo , with the energy she has and not being shy who would stop her from being the best as a dancer.

Elaborating on her stage name Metty_intombi emfitshane, Metty come from her first name Methembe t, Then emfitshane is taken from her height . So basically we can say its Metty_intombie emfitshane eyadla kwehlula ukuthi ikhule.

Metty told us , she was looked down upon jus because of her being a female that dances no one took her serious. She also told us that "being booked is all bout connection" those were her challenges she has faced so far. Regarding to her above statement   referring to the challenges faced she also said  "byo not being stable when it comes to arts and they also not valued were they supposed to be .

How when it came to her telling us her biggest influencer it was no surprise it was gonna be south Africa's sensational finest dancer Khamo Mphela who has made waves with her dancing skills .Who also has hit songs that are being sung on the streets of jburg in south africa,

 Coming back to metty she features on Bulawayo's hot amapiano track, which has struck the recently opened night spots in Bulawayo. Juja is their version of ' going straight to the point, it is more stating facts but in more vibey way.

Metty has urged her peers to" believe in themselves and shouldn't be scared to be different . It doesn't take one day to reach your goals jus take one step at a time .

KNOW YOUR MODEL (VANESSA TSURO)

 

Vanessa Tsuro is a 21 yr old professional model , who is based in Bulawayo. She is just  a simple model  passionate about art. Modeling is an art of expression to her, she gets to convey messages without even saying a single word , that is why she is in love with Modeling .

Inspired by Samantha Tshuma , jus because of her bravery, courageous. Sammy made it in the industry and created a name for herself, she has a lot of tittles including being Miss Zimbabwe went on to open her own agency buy this Tsuro was inspired by her. Vanessa has faced challenges such as lack of sponsorship, society views and financial situation. She is already doing her own work differently , supporting the women and girls in her society also sending messages through her art of work hence if the models find a better unique way to change the views of the society regarding modeling.

Ma Tsuro will be participating in Miss Zimbabwe Grand , Which is a national pageant that seeks to have a good and wise Queen that will represent the nation . She is pleading with the people of Bulawayo to rally behind her and vote for her through  Miss Zimbabwe Grand on social media of th above name.

 Leander Nyadongo is a 20yr old male hip hop artist based in Tshabalala in Bulawayo. He joined the music industry so that he could provide for the family and change the way he grew up. He was inspired by the late Calvin who continues to inspire young aspiring artist.

He has three tracks to his name and his currently working on an album which is going to be out soon . Leander's song 'mama' is his favorite song cause he did it with all his heart and dedicated it to his mum and its the song that talks  about the way he grew up

Madlela and Floopy X are his biggest role models based in Zimbabwe, cause of the way they raising the Bulawayo music industry , then outside the countries borders its Nasty C and Emtee cause of their big influence in the South African music industry at a young age, with them collecting awards at easy with their hard work.

Lee really thinks the lack of support affects the music industry big time ,and is willing to do anything jus to fix the problem if he is given the power to do so. Nyadongo basically records his music at Blues records which is Located in Nkulumane which has a great reputation of helping young aspiring artist achieve their dreams and he later pleaded with the youths out there to keep on working hard never to give up on their dreams patience pays

Audry M Mangena known as Mandy e S.B is a 20yr old lady from Pumula South Bulawayo , a vocalist, Afro-pop, RnB, House artist at the same time a dancer and actress.

She ventured into music in 2018, in which she had no idea that you can earn a living through music. In 2018 she meet up with Ashera whom he was introduced to by her brother . Mandy later attend rehearsals, to her surprise when she got there they had already written her song lyrics to a song she didn't know about. She recorded the song at Shirat drums it was her first time being in a studio, she didn't know what to do but she was guided through the process very well with her good understanding she pulled it through.

Mandy is a highly motivated young aspiring artist whom says " When it comes to m projects l try by all means to come up with something which involves realness and emotions at the same time motivational. When talking of inspiration to her the names Toni Braxton and Jhene Aiko popped out of her mouth , for which they are well known international classic icons whom push her hard when she plays their tracks . Tammy Moyo and Rayvanny are the Local and international artist who given the opportunity to open the stage for them she would be on cloud 99, because of how their music talks to their fans. 

'Ubuhlungu' is one of her four tracks that she has and also its her favorite song , because its her first track which she didn't feature any artist not taking anything from her collaborates , she feels it came through her heart. She also feels the failure of the industry in Bulawayo is because of lack of support ,team work, distribution, making of projects. If she had the power to change anything she said " l would install free Wi-Fi which will benefit both artist and other youths out here.

Lysher Tapera is currently doing her A level studies and also working at Iskhetho investments media production house. She is an artist as well as a model.

when asked what made her want to be a model and artist she said" I have a God given natural voice that is why l chose to be an artist and l was also motivated by other artist , as for modeling l was driven by myself cause l have a slim body and it suits well in the industry and l walk well in heels am comfortable in them more than any other shoes type and also l got a fascinating posture". Words of a very confident someone who really wants to excel.

She is inspired by the likes of Lira, Kelly Khumalo, Zimbabwean's own Ammara Brown and Amanda Black, and also stated that given the opportunity to open the stage for any artist it would be Ammara Brown, because of her vibe and she love the way she vibes with her fans . Lysher has 5 tracks to her name of the five song Empilweni  ft TCK is her fav cause it takes alot about what she has been through. When asked about where she thinks she will be in 5 years time, she said this " I see myself travelling abroad to pursue  greener pastures with my career and be on a better level than l am currently in " Lastly she left a message saying '" Young artist and models who are still trying to make a name for them must work hard and should also not use their bodies as a pay cheque to get to a certain level they want to be .

 Khethiwe Ncube is  greatly inspired by the art of the industry. she is a professional model with good marketing skills , most off all she is a motivated  person and she loves learning new things in different fields.

Fashion glamour style and recognition pushed her to join the modeling industry , in which at start she says it wasn't easy for her because she faced challenges such us criticism .People did not understand the fashion line in which the industry is related to and also she struggled with the fact that you put in hard hours but in return comes out nothing jus working hard for free. Upon asked how she sorted out those challenges she said "On the criticism part l managed to to uplift myself to stand so l could face the challenges cause if l didnt nothing would come up at the end of the day and also l managed to teach people the whole concept of the modeling industry so that pipo could understand .

however, Khethiwe has worked for Dusheek modeling agency during that period she was elected as the face of Mpompoma , she later moved to Amazon entertainment (2019) and became a choreographer at the same time she worked for a company which did charity work for the disabled people.

"All it takes is patience and hard work to make it in the modeling industry .Things dont jus come on a silver platter" those were the words left by Khethiwe Ncube for the young aspiring models who really want to make it in the industry.

Leslie Tyrex is a hip-hop and RnB artist at the same time a beat maker and producer . born as Thabo Lesley Khabo on the 3rd of october 2002. He went to Dumezweni Primary school (2009) in Pumula South later transferred to Magwegwe Primary (2009-14) and Loziba (2014-15) respectively.

Uporn asked about his music career he had this to say " I have always been fond to music as a toddler but l began my career in 2018 , with the recording of 10 Outta 10 which was my debut at 15 ". His passion for music is what drove him to start the venture into music . When asked who inspired him into music it was no surprise the late Calvin was on top of the list with the likes of Casper Nyovest,Chris Brown, Tammy Moyo jus to name a few .

When asked who would he mostly like to collaborate with his answer was " Takura or Tammy Moyo locally then across the the border it would be Nasty C , Chris Brown and Telemann and if l am to be given the opportunity to open up a show it would be for Chris Brown.

Leslie Tyrex  has released 11 singles , that include tracks he featured . On the 11 tracks he was asked which was his favorite track , he had this to say "Swagg city is my fav because it is a tribute to my home city Bulawayo , and it is the most successful single that l have to date with more than 4000 hits on  my song cast  in which it is getting airplays in our local radio stations and stations in South African and Jamaica .

If  anything was to be changed in the industry what would you change the most and in closing what would you say to all upcoming artist ? , this is how he responded " I would provide marketing and promotion  for artist , as l feel like most artist lack the two items especially upcoming artist  ". "Up coming artist should keep on practicing keep learning and keep growing .
